Global Innovations and Best Practices in Agricultural Sector Financing

This feasibility study explores the design of AgroMaster, a proposed investment readiness accelerator for agricultural small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Ukraine. Through 50+ interviews with local entrepreneurs, investors, and experts, the report assesses barriers to SME growth—from outdated machinery to weak business planning—and evaluates existing support ecosystems. It proposes a blended accelerator model that offers technical assistance, matchmaking with financial institutions, and tailored pathways for scaling. The study also outlines conditions for pilot success, highlighting timing, local partner alignment, and donor engagement as key to long-term viability.
