Christina Campbell-Zausner is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience guiding mission-driven organizations through complex transformations while preserving their core mission. 

Christina's early career in emerging markets private equity and at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York built a strong foundation in organizational and financial systems. She later led national and international advocacy, communications, and operational turnarounds for nonprofits and global initiatives in fields such as housing and mental health. Christina has lectured at University of Pennsylvania, University of Virgina and Georgetown University. She has also been published in many outlets including ImpactAlpha and American Banker.
